I also liked the idea of turning an opponent's Forest into a 4/5 creature, then fighting it with the Affectionate Indrik with the Blessed Sanctuary on the battlefield
Dream of Memories seems like it could really help out your game by possibly moving energy cards back into your deck or allowing you to play the same Pokemon line again, but since this card is a Stage 1 card, I would rather try and use a trainer or supporter card to do the same thing this card is doing instead of having to evolve a Pokemon thus putting two cards in the deck instead of one

In the video game, Fezandipiti is a Poison/Fairy type in the video game, which makes it odd to categorize, as neither of these types are in the card game
Giving vigilance and haste to all outlaws is very interesting, especially for those that attack and create a Treasure right away or those with evasion and saboteur abilities
