We create our little knife out of high quality stainless steel, cutting and welding the parts together and completing the handle with our signature hammered leaf. It is then buffed to a bright polished finish. We don't hone a sharp edge on the blade so think of this tool as a spreader for any soft toppings, even butter or soft cheese. Approximately 8 1 2" long, dishwasher safe and ready
