This card was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in March, 2018, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity, during a special SM#6 Forbidden Light booster box promotion
On top of that, it also returns to your library if ever put into the graveyard which makes it especially fun to play in any sort of deck with tutor effects
