I do not see any cracks or chips but perhaps there is some fine crazing

in the English Rose pattern

adorned with a dark red band encircling each piece and finished with a gold engraved band

It is NOT a chip

A couple of tiny manufacturing speckles inside the teacup

Rare Blue and White Royal Albert Brown_Betty I do not see anyAside from a few tiny white dots (mostly on the saucer but also a couple on the inside of the teacup, this set is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, repairs or crazing. Both pieces ping nicely. A gorgeous Royal Albert duo, made in England. On the exterior: elegant white scallops with a striking blue base.
