Full skirt falls from the upper hip in tiny gathers with a nice draped effect to the side off the hip with a small pleated panel of vertical stripes to contrast

It's a lovely design with a high neck with a drapey cowl. Bodice is cut on the bias with diagonal striping. Waist cinches the silhouette in and the skirt is very full with stripes on the horizontal. Skirt and bodice is lined in a light silky white synthetic. Outer fabric is soft and glossy,
