2011 Peninsula Chardonnay, Paringa Estate BBQ There is a fine mineralCoastal Cream Paringa Estates 2011 Peninsula Chardonnay is mature Mornington Peninsula white Burgundy in spirit, with its cool climate fruit now softened into a mellow, savoury phase. Expect grapefruit, lemon rind, peach and baked apple, layered with vanilla oak, clove, nutmeg and a gentle nutty, nougat like richness from time in bottle. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded and quietly creamy, with citrus freshness still giving shape to the wine. The
