Payne Fly Rod 9' 3/2 #5/6 HL Leonard Leather zippered reel pouch withA good fishable EF Payne fly rod, 9' 3 piece, 2 tip and built for a #5 or #6 line. This rod has a medium to medium slow action. All sections are full length and the rod appears to be original although well used. It has some crazing to the wraps, chips to the varnish, and oxidation on the ferrules. This rod is still very fishable with a little care not to get it too wet. Wrapped brown with red edges, an extra band of yellow and purple at the keeper and
