Again, there is internal logic to cut off the recognition after certain size has been reached to prevent unnecessary calculations
I do believe that the competitive side of the Pokmon TCG can be approached more thoughtfully by the card designers, to avoid this type of situation where a deck is capable of handling a multitude situations simply by virtue of having one extremely strong attack, but I dont think that by banning the card the game will be objectively better
