Thomas Browntone in excellent original condition. 5oz. for a 6 line but can also handle a 7 closer in. Serial number EF511, made in Oct 1947. Rod has a wells grip with cork spacer and Thomas' lightweight version of their reel seat hardware; shorter butt cap and narrow lighter slide band. All hardware and ferrules are blued. One tip is heavier near the tip top. This is likely attributed to fairly common production shop
