The de stalked grapes are left to macerate cold for about 12 hours in contact with the skins, and are then soft pressed. Temperature controlled fermentation is followed by a short maturation period in stainless steel. Tasting Note Vibrant varietal aromas of citrus, with herbaceous and exotic notes. The palate is fresh and lively with lemon and passion fruit
