Romantic Rendezvous could work well with Lyla, Holographic Assistant in play, but there are other cards that can pump Spider-Man 2099s power

Drafting is about ranking cards, not rating cards

Especially if you want to mess with can't attack cards

It works wonderfully with new cards like Invigorating Surge, a green instant with three CMC, that adds a +1/+1 counter to a creature, then doubles its counters
