Ive seen folks experimenting with Boros humans using Ash, Party Crasher and Baird, Argivian Recruiter
This is a great Commander to mix things up in a pod, but probably better as part of a rotation alongside other Commander decks

Lists that try to place as many enchantments and equipment on your creatures as possible arent exactly new to Commander
