I usually like to highlight some of the best new cards in each precon, but with half of each deck being new to Magic, Ill have to pick a few highlights and move along

Preventing cards you dont need from ending up in your possession stops your collection being ridden with cards youre never going to use

By reducing the cost of the first non-Lemur flier each turn, it smooths out your tempo and keeps the board filling with evasive threats

Especially ones that play Crucible of Worlds effects

You can either take control of a powerful creature and use it for yourself for a few turns, but you can also pick a creature you want to sacrifice or block with to remove it from your opponent's side of the field
