Pokmon cards should be bought sealed at official retailers and local game stores, avoid the secondary market and its often inflated prices
1st Edition English cards first appeared with the very first Pokmon TCG set, Base Set , and ended with Neo Destiny , while 1st Edition Japanese cards first appeared with the Pokmon VS expansion (no English equivalent) and ended with the Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary set (the English equivalent being Evolutions )
The Arena version feels a bit weak comparatively - while that isnt a total dealbreaker, it does make you wonder what the thinking behind the move was
There was a thread a few months back for the Pok-Emotions game with a focus on Sleepy linked here which would likely give you a starting point, but I would imagine it is not all inclusive to every card with a sleeping Pokemon
