It was a fun way to finish the last of four decks built around upgrading Standard decks from that Era (Sliving Death) or two Theme Decks (Counterburn with "The Sparkler" and Pestilence in Orzhov with "The Plague") Now we are ranking all 11 Spikes ever printed for casual play like Commander, Cube, Five Color, Highlander and multiplayer but not my normal list of Type Four since none of these are playable with infinite mana but one spell per turn
this one has me visualizing a lot of dancing sugarplums
9: Dual Lands While not really sitting here overall, the OG dual lands vacillate between extremely expensive and comparatively cheap, so a solid 9 seems like the correct position
Copy/advantage makers: Wort, the Raidmother (Conspire your big spells), Riku of Many Paths, Taigam, Ojutai Master (rebound & uncounterable setup)
You can steal a land with Annex or Conquer, but those can be removed
If you don't have any other artifacts in play you want to bounce back to your hand, you can always choose to bounce itself since it is an artifact creature
