These cards are Boros Charm and the Commander all-star of Heroic Intervention
Aside from being a human, which is a very relevant creature type in Commander, Modern and basically every other MTG format, Esper Sentinel is good because it reads: Whenever an opponent casts their first noncreature spell each turn, draw a card unless that player pays X, where X is Esper Sentinels power. Its a bit like Rhystic Study, but the cost can be far higher if youve got things that make humans stronger or you can put +1/+1 counters onto Esper Sentinel
Liliana is so versatile that she shows up in aggressive decks like Death's Shadow, midrange decks like Abzan, and control decks like 8-Rack
Limited Customization: The interface might not be as customizable as dedicated collection trackers
Casting Cost: Card Type: Creature - Dinosaur Power / Toughness: 4 / 3 Card Text: Whenever a player casts a spell, if it's not their turn, Scytheclaw Raptor deals 4 damage to them
We did agree yesterday on a price and came up with a date
