Its power is 4+ for power-based decks, it's in the color of Food matters in Green, it mills for recursion of things like lands or things like Regrowth, then you draw a free permanent, so it likes decks heavy with things that have a battlefield presence, and you can always just return a land if there is nothing else
Additionally, something like Wicked Wolf would normally be a sideboard card against creature decks and Nissa, Who Shakes the World would be a sideboard card against control decks, but theyre actually good against everyone
