The unpeated malt first matured in first fill ex Bourbon Casks to reflect the typical maritime character of the Glen Scotia distillery. Directed by Iain McAlister, the Festival Edition 2021 received its finish for five months in first fill exBordeaux Casks from the well known Mdoc wine region. The
