The new Beagle Boys - Small-Time Crooks dual-Ink card is also great because it is a 4-drop card, which was often lacking in Ruby/Sapphire decks, and it can synergize very well with some already strong cards like Maui - Half-Shark
Although this card might have an advantage thanks to the immediate visual power of its source material, it stands out enough on its own to make it a particularly worthy contender
