I like this in the various Rakdos Aggro and Midrange decks that either dont care about their life total (Deaths Shadow) or plan on gaining back a bunch of life (Sheoldred, the Apocalypse)

That should be extremely easy in Simic colors, but it's still a bit more interesting than the usual ramp and draw shenanigans the color pair tends to get up to

Given how powerful this card is on its own, however, I think this is more than a fair price to pay

The only expectation to this is if you can kill all your opponents (or your last one) in one go

Lamia also makes spells you cast from your graveyard cost less, so a Spellslinger deck running a bunch of Flashback/Jump-Start cards (Chemister's Insight) or a Graveyard deck that regularly casts spells from the 'yard (Muldrotha, the Gravetide) can have a lot of fun with this
