Blessing of Frost The concept of snow sorceries is pretty cool, and this lets you put +1/+1 counters, distributing any number of counters however you want is actually a fairly powerful ability, especially with certain doubler and adding cards and some creatures that potentially allow you to take turns for adding counters, so I think this does have potential, in the right kind of deck, probably something like Atraxa
