Jeff buys the white spirits in Japan and is responsible for blending and ageing them. Kaiy Peated Malt is a whisky with subtle smokiness and soft honey sweetness. Its aged in Mizunara Oak and ex Madeira wine casks, giving it complex fruit and spice character.
