Though every player starts off with the same Starter Deck, completing the initial tutorial will reward you with the choice of one of three Structure Decks (with two more available to buy for 300 gems each in the in-game store)
There's a home for this card in places like Ravager and Affinity and could make for a fun colorless aggro commander (that probably also relies on Affinity and easy sac outlets)
There are still plenty of cards youll want to include from the precon, such as Cult of Skaro, who is a great commander in their own right, Dalek Squadron, and Cyberman Patrol, but I think my favorite part of Davros is that the deck isnt reliant on him to function
