Vega, the Watcher Vega, the Watcher is more fun as a supporting cast member to Gorion, Wise Mentor and Ranar the Ever-Watchful, but this might be the spirit commander for a deck that wants to mess around with stuff like One with the Multiverse, The Temporal Anchor, Future Sight, etc

Of course, there are stories of this thing completely changing the game, but in general, there is usually enough enchantment removal floating around that most of the time this will probably do nothing (expect possibly draw out that enchantment removal, but you dont usually want to approach the game like that, especially in multiplayer)
