Its got a good rate and it looks like something worth doing, but contextually there are a lot of exile effects that bypass the ability (Silkwrap, Abzan Charm, etc)
You can break this effect in something like Neera, Wild Mage by having a bunch of scry effects and expensive spells, but even then it could still easily backfire and kill you
I think thats enough to break away from the fact that vehicles suck (I bet youre tired of hearing that by now)
