When I spoke with the principal game designer Annie Sardelis at MagicCon Amsterdam, she stated that "anytime we [WotC] made up a creature, we would just kind of look through the book for, like, what is a characteristic about that creature we can evoke." That said, cards like Questing Beast or the Stomp adventure on Bonecrusher Giant make damage unable to be prevented
Big Game Hunter One of Magic's best assassins, Big Game Hunter is particularly good for Commander where large creatures are all over the place
I dont think this card is particularly good, but the most annoying person you know will love it
