Unlike the land choices, the ramp here is above-average: we've got the staples you'd expect such as Sakura-Tribe Elder and Arcane Signet, plus some thematic ramp cards like Leafkin Druid and Awakening Zone which I don't mind at all
Jolteon is a particular standout that is actually used in top non-standard decks, able to completely negate damage from basic Pokemon for a turn
Try as I might, I can't find a reason for you not to run it
Id prefer to have my mettle tested against better decks, and not constantly have to modify my already-underwhelming designs to accommodate the latest gimmick
