The middle two are a nice default and makes this a two for one quite ably, and you can discard lands or the wrong card for better optons as well making this not card value, but card flow
Decks with more disruption tend to win slower which also works well with these cards as the evasion keeps them relevant throughout the game

The only exceptions were the cards which let the user control when they phased out, such as Frenetic Efreet or Rainbow Efreet, and those which used the mechanic offensively, like Reality Ripple and Sapphire Charm
Im not sure how many decks will want to run Chandra, Acolyte of Flame, but three of the four most popular decks in Standard right now run a decent number of red cards, so there are plenty of opportunities for Chandra to find a home
