These lands sit at the very top of a playability pile being things I am almost never leaving out of a deck which is some reasonable % black, say a quarter or so minimum

Im even hearing some rumblings about this card in cEDH for decks that have Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh in the command zone

Or, you can add one to untap a Creature or Land and prevent all damage that would be dealt to and by it until your next turn

For removal I would prefer to hard remove something, rather than tuck it under something that is very fragile, as it is both a Creature and an Enchantment

I cannot really see this as a one off as bad in any sort of burny red deck and some may even want to rely on getting it more
