Im inclined to agree, but not really for power level reasons

There is no hard limit

Drawing a card whenever any creature you control with any counter on it dies will give you massive advantage, especially in this deck with its numerous ways to put +1/+1 counters on things

Much like wallpaper for desktops or mobile

(If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) You may target creatures that are already tapped with Succumb to the Cold
