We expect much of this deck will be expendable creatures who may have additional abilities on resurrection

Any self-respecting deck can consistently draw an extra card on their own turn, but drawing 2+ cards consistently on opposing turns is much harder

Now, you can steal every creature on the board by repeatedly sacrificing The Reaper, putting counters on enemy creatures until they're all dead, and always targeting itself when it reenters to remove the +1/+1 counter Mikaeus bestows

For this reason, I like Curse of the Swine, even in decks with access to good removal

It's a great tool for that
