葡萄品種：90% Sangiovese

混用大型與小型橡木桶以原生酵母發酵，輕微澄清，不過濾，部分乳酸發酵，發酵後自然冷卻。基酒在橡木桶中培養時間長達8個月。31月二次瓶陳。香氣帶有蘋果，黃色水果，血橙和淡淡的花香。 口感活潑清新，礦物質香氣濃郁，個性優雅。

在分類上屬於Clos de Vougeot特級園中品質最優秀的教皇級區域。紫羅蘭，黑色漿果、香料及黑巧克力的香氣堆疊，單寧柔順圓潤，極為精彩，具有強大的陳年實力。

2020 酒款評分：Burghound 92-95、Jasper Morris 92-95

帶有高比例白色石灰岩的緣故，Tête Du Clos的礦物感，帶出精彩的酒體中段以及爽脆的高酸度。同時水果的香氣十分成熟，散發洋梨、蜂蜜漬檸檬、白桃、新鮮薄荷及白花。兩種特色同時存在，對比架構出充滿張力的口感。
