It has menace so it can get in for combat damage without too much trouble (assuming the board isnt too gummed up), and if it does it can sacrifice itself to pull in a creature from the top of your deck
She brings together Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks all together under the outlaw grouping, and utilizes cards to give all these otherwise unrelated creature types extra effects while generating tons of Treasure tokens
This card can be especially nasty in Commander, where creatures run rampant and playing control strategies often dont go all that well
You have a stronger role in the social and political side of the game
I can see why youd include this in your Isperia the Inscrutable deck
