You essentially take a massive creature like Archon of Cruelty or Griselbrand and either discard or put it in your graveyard, and then put it into play with cards like Reanimate, Exhume, and Animate Dead
Whats more, this ability triggers any time a creature you control enters the battlefield from your graveyard, and it uses that creatures power for the damage

Youre not always gonna want to tap your creatures to make mana, as that can be a very real cost, but at least this can also produce colorless mana normally, it has useful typing as both an artifact and a clue, and you can of course throw it away for a card
