Theyre still playable, but Id much rather give a card as a bargaining tool to another player in order to ensure the board is fully wiped, before getting my best creature back again
This card is significantly worse in fast formats, but in a grindy format like casual Commander, Commune with Lava can easily find you eight to ten cards
This card essentially allows players to treat their Graveyard like a second hand , forcing opponents to consider not only what they might play, but also to remember what they've already played when formulating their strategy
Honestly, shes pretty dang good, and helps keep the game moving
